HEALTHY IIFESTYLE
Health is very important in our life. In order to increase
our health, we need to life in a healthy life style. There are many healthy
life styles that we could apply in our daily life. Examples of healthy life
style are good diet intake, adequate exercises and sufficient rest.
Last but no least, we should apply all the
healthy life styles to ensure we are healthy in our life. Because of that, we should knows that health is very important in our life.

Firstly, one of
healthy life styles is a good diet. Many people have miss understanding about a
good diet. Good diets are not only means that we have reduced our food quantity.
While, the truth is we need to change the type of food that we eat to healthier
food. By eating healthier food we can avoid many types of illness such as
obesities and diabetes.
Secondly, to ensure that our bodies stay healthy we
need to do some exercise. Those exercises have many advantages such as release
stress and encourage our motivation. For your information, people with low
stress level tend to be more healthy compare to people who have high stress
level. That’s why, we should do some exercise to stay healthy.
Furthermore,
sufficient quality rest also important to keep our body health. Sufficient rest
is very important to every human being. Sufficient rest such as enough sleep can
help our body to recover from fatigue and help in increase our health level. There
are some study shows that lack of rest and sleep can lead to many dangerous
sicknesses.
