Nowdays, health is very important to our live.We as human have to keep fit in order to maintain the vitality of our bodies. 'Health' is thus level of functional effienciency of living beings and a general condition of a persons mind, body and spirit, meaning it is free from ilness, injury and pain.It is a resource of everyday life and a positive concept emphasizing physical capabilities.
One of the best ways is to drink plenty of water as it reduces the risk of infections, keep your skin health, reduces the risk of heart attack, burns body fat and regulates our body temperature.Besides that, we should sleep well as it relaxes our body and reduces stress. We need to have a balanced diet and go for long, brisk walk.Our principle should be to keep our body clean in order to remain healthy.We must laugh more as laughing is therapy and a secret of good health .The goverment should include integrated health programs into their public policies and control specific health problems.
Not only that, exercise also pays a vital role in keeping your body healthy.Regular exercise will also keep your body in good health. By exercise it doesn't mean a simple and slow walk.It should be in such a way that your body should start sweating.You can go for running, do cycling and walking faster. Daily find some time 30 mints to one hour per day for your exercise.Have a regular checking of your weight and try to control it.It's nice to have Medical checkups and dental checkups by which you can have an idea about your health conditions.
Last but no least, you should try to manage your stress.Most people due hour to stress at work have health problems. By controlling your stress you can maintain a healthy body. Bad habits like smoking, drinking, using of drugs shuld be avoided.Usage of these items will have a very bad affect on your health body.Your body should get enough time to take rest. Make sure you get a sleep of 8 hours daily.Sleep is very important for healthy body and also for mental and emotional happiness.
